P1 Billing has built its professional staff around experienced clinical, financial and systems professionals with substantial health insurance industry and accounting firm experience. This approach supports our strong belief that going forward health care practice management will require insightful utilization of professional expertise from various disciplines. P1 requires all managers to be highly-skilled in all aspects of Revenue Cycle Management including coding, physician billing, receivable management and HIPAA compliance. P1 requires all staff to complete comprehensive, specialized cross-training programs, followed by ongoing training and development supervised by a Senior Account Manager. All of our staff receive CPT, ICD, and medical terminology training courses, and are trained to search for the highest legitimate codes for each procedure. P1 encourages all our employees to participate in specialized training programs offered by the payers, and attend information systems seminars. In addition, P1 has MBA and reimbursement specialists on staff to assist your practice with complex business management or collections issues.
